I grew up in Damascus, MD but have worked in Frederick County for more than 23 years. I moved to Frederick County 16 years ago and currently live in Lake Linganore which fits my passion for the outdoors including fishing, hiking, golf, birding and all things sports.
For the past 30 years I worked in the insurance field helping both large and small businesses manage their Employee Benefits programs. I have been described by my past clients as a detail-oriented person who is willing to go the extra mile to make things work and as someone who puts the needs of her clients first.
I chose to join Bach Real Estate because their outstanding reputation in the community, strong work ethic, family atmosphere and their “clients first” philosophy. Their slogan “Real Estate is People Too!” fits well with they way I’ve always treated those who have trusted me with their business. I look forward to applying the skills I’ve mastered over the years to helping you with all of your real estate needs.

Matt has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Prior to becoming an agent, he worked for ten years as a Relocation Marketing Specialist for a national real estate company. In that capacity, he assisted both buying and selling agents with many of the details associated with real estate transactions and the home seller’s move.
For nearly a decade, Matt was also the owner of “To The 9’s,” a floral design firm that created spectacular arrangements for weddings and events. Matt’s work was showcased locally as well as in the Washington, DC area at such venues as the National Building Museum and the Four Seasons Hotel. He received more than 150 5-star reviews on The Knot and Weddingwire from clients on the quality of his service, responsiveness, and professionalism.
The delivery of excellent customer service is the common denominator in both of these industries, says Matt. His love of homes, house architecture and great customer service, he said, are the reasons he decided to get into the real estate profession – and the reason he selected Bach & Associates as his brokerage. A Frederick County resident since 1977, Matt looks forward to assisting you with the sale or purchase of your home.
